We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate, privacy-first website analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. No individual visitor data is stored or shared.

All data transmitted through this website is encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS). Form submissions are delivered to our secure intake system via authenticated, signed webhooks. We do not store personal information in client-side browser storage (cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage).
Retention
We retain consultation inquiry records in accordance with our document retention policy and applicable professional responsibility rules. If no engagement agreement is executed, inquiry records are retained for a minimum period required by law.
