Casey Frank

Casey Frank is a Phoenix-based personal injury attorney with over a decade of litigation experience representing clients harmed by negligence. She joined LHP Law Group and has become one of its most effective advocates — securing more than $13 million in client settlements in 2025 alone.

Casey earned her J.D. from Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in 2015, where she competed in moot court at both domestic and international levels, was admitted to the Order of Barristers, and earned a Pro Bono Distinction. She holds a B.A. in English Literature and Linguistics from the University of Iowa, with a minor in Spanish — which she uses daily in service of the firm's Spanish-speaking clients.

Her litigation background spans professional negligence (including medical malpractice and insurance bad faith), product defect claims, and immigration matters involving vulnerable populations. At LHP Law Group, she handles the full range of personal injury cases: car, truck, motorcycle, bus, and bicycle accidents; slip and fall; workplace injuries; asbestos and lung cancer claims; and Roundup litigation.

Casey is bilingual in English and Spanish and serves on the board of the Phoenix Women's Chorus.
